A LITTLE ABOUT MY BEAUTIFUL ANGEL SON PHILLIP

I was 20yrs old and pregnent with my first baby, i had was scared of becoming a mammie to be honest
with you but so excited at the same time. My pregnancy was going really well then one day i started
to bleed heavily and an ambulance was called, i was taken to the Q.E hospital in gateshead. I was so
scared of losing my baby, i kept holding my bump and rubbing it talking to my baby, saying
everything would be fine. Then in the early hour's of the morning i was in so much pain, the midwife
took me down to the labour ward, i was only there half an hour and gave birth to my son Phillip. The
doctor's took him straight away and i was left in the room on my own wondering whether or not he was
ok, the door opened and in walked my sister in law. Kath was holding a little bundle in her arm's,
this little bundle turned out to be my little boy Phillip, as she handed him to me she was crying
and told me that although the doctor's and Phillip had fought so hard he just was'nt strong enough
to keep going, i held him so close to me he was 2lb 3oz just over the size of a bag of sugar, and he
was perfect. Kath worked as a nurse in the special baby care unit and had baptised him for me, my
worst fear's had came true, i had lost my baby. I was heartbroken, i think of Phillip when i wake in
the morning and before i go to sleep at night, there is'nt a day goes by when i dont think of my
little angel. Phillip live's in never never land with his nanna and grandad and was later joined by
his little brother Christopher, i know they are both well looked after by my mam and dad until i can
join them and look after them myself. Sweet dream's my little peter pan and behave for your nanna
and grandad, and have lot's of fun with you little brother Christopher, you were too perfect for
this world sweetie that's why you were taken.
